A valid credit/debit card or deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
All rates are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to pre-authorize or charge part of the amount as a deposit or security.

Check-out time: by 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
Cancellations made after this period, or no-shows, may be charged full amount.
Cancellation terms may vary depending on booking method (direct or third-party platform). Please refer to the terms provided during booking.
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms.
Pets are allowed. If you have pets, please notify us in advance.
Guests are expected to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the property and other visitors.
Any damage to property may result in additional charges.
While we take all reasonable care to provide a safe and pleasant stay, Kookooli Guest House is not liable for:
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
Injuries or accidents occurring during your stay unless caused by proven negligence
Interruptions caused by events outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters)
Guests are responsible for:
Ensuring the accuracy of the information provided during booking
Complying with Greek law during their stay
Using the facilities and rooms with care
Informing staff of any problems, damages, or special needs in a timely manner
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019. We only use your data to manage bookings, comply with legal obligations, and improve guest experience.
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Volos, Greece.
